  1.  man o man, what a sound dom. guys do not underestimate this piece with it’s size. the only issue i see is that it dosen’t have any aux port. otherwise its a beast.Updating after long time use: my beast is still rocking the floor. Having seeing and listening to this sound dom near about half a dozen of my colleagues bought it. And everyone is happy now. Have tried pairing with another boom, and it worked like anything. What else do you want? It has great sound, it is water proof wreak proof from 5 feet of height. You can even dig it in mud, wash it and walla you get the same sound again. Great for poolside party, trekking, picnic, pair with another and you cover an area of bout a decent hall room. 360 sound will make you listen from any angle.

I love these speakers mainly cause its a small little thing packed with so many exceptional featuresPros -1) its so compact and light weight you can carry its around with you anywer2) its shock and mud proof. ive actually drop tested it and its just rolled over like a pro3) water proof and floats in water. best to be used around pools and in the shower. Also dropped it in the pool to see wat happens. it does float but cant be used in water as the sound gets drowned out.4) Great sound loud enough for outdoors.4) easy to use – just got 4 buttons – power button, bluetooth, volume up, volume down. No complications.4) over all durabilty is exceptional. best used while camping and outdoors4) extra points for the design – i got the lilac one and it looks so adorable and cute stands out from the boring looking speakers.Though the wonderboom is amazing i wouldn say its the perfect speakersCons -1) if exceptional over the top sound quality is what your looking for rather than a Good sound quality speaker i wouldnt recommend the wonderboom. i feel its lacks clarity especially in mid range vocals and the bass couldv been slightly better. if your a hardcore bass lover u might like the JBL speakers better.2) it says battery lasts 10 hours i used it a whole day and the battery dipped after 6-7 hours and theres no indication to when its on low battery so its hard to knowFinal review – Though i was slighty unimpressed by finesse of the sound quality the overall durabily, design and suprising loudness of the speakers won my heart. i give it a 4.5 /5

Thought them to be cute little admission to my house but boy they pack a serious stuff inside them!. Sound is way more than i expected.Pros:Loud sound.Bass is NOT bad.Mild, treble, mids are all good.Solid battery life.Packaging. XDConsNo aux input.Battery life indicator is present but a bit wierd for me. Its relative approach from people to people. I didn’t like it.A bit heavy at 475gms.Verdict. GO FOR IT if u are getting it for 5,499. Steal deal. Loved it. Please hit helpful.

The speaker made sound crackles to most of my songs. The songs while playing would stop intermittently for one or two seconds to resume back again. This forced me to think that the product was a fake, but i could successfully register my product with bose. Its disappointing that such low standards of certification are allowed by a company like Bose. I tried the same songs with my cousins mini 2 that he had purchased an year back and it works fine with no issues at all. The power connection cables and plug seem to be inferior in quality to the ones my cousin uses. Hopefully this is a one time issue and probably a defective product and i have requested for a replacement. hope that goes well.

This speaker stopped working after 6 months. We are not able to contact their telephone no. 1800112673 which is always busy even at 11.36 pm. No response from their website either. Very disappointed! Did not expect this from Bose!

  10. This is one of the best trolly speakers in the market out there.I’ve purchased it on PayTM in Jan 2018 and have been using it regularly since then. The sound is brilliant! It’s balanced and not Bass heavy like a regular 2.1 speaker system but don’t be mistaken, you have a Bass boost option to activate heavy Bass if you’re a Bass lover. These are a couple of points that I can list down to summarize this speaker system:1. A very balanced sound output with multiple preset equalizer2. Multiple connectivity options like Bluetooth, Aux, USB3. Has inbuilt radio with antenna4. The best part, its mobile and has a battery backup of more than 10 to 15 hrs of playback (depending on the volume)5. It’s massive! Believe me, is not like your regular Bluetooth speakers, this one is huge and heavy (considering the lead acid battery inside)6. This can easily take care of a small gathering of 20 to 30 people.7. Last but not the least, you can plug in 2 mics on this system at onceThere you go, a complete speaker system on wheels!

Okay, so I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. I’ll divide my review in two parts. One where i say what I liked and second, what i didn’t and what I haven’t seen.Liked:1. Clear SOUND. No matter what the volume is, what kind of track it is. The speaker is amazing in sound clarity.2. The sound that comes out of this BT speaker is way way better than any other loved BT speaker (Logitech, Boat, Sony, JBL etc.). I know because I have owned all these and some way or the other, they just didn’t feel the right fit.3. YOU CAN TAKE CALLS? WHAT? Oh yeah! Just call anyone from the phone and leave your phone aside. talk on the speaker. The Microphone is flawless.4. The size is just perfect and you can use it as you like. It’s just like a tiny companion.5. The battery life is awesome. runs 7-8 hours of audio non stop. May be more than that but I haven’t done that testing yet.6. BOSE is a brand and it just gives you that exotic feel.Disliked:1. No Aux Input 🙁 Should have been for a pricey speaker like this. Again, this is the cheapest BOSE item.2. The strap doesn’t seem to hold properly. I am still to test it thoroughly but that is my initial guess.I have not yet tested that water proof ability. I want to see if it plays as good within Water or not. Although I am not sure if BOSE claims it. They say if it falls under water, take it out, dry it off and start playing again. BUT I’d still try eh? 😉

Bought this device as I always wanted to buy Bose speakers. Speaker sound definitely justifies the brand. However, the firmware will surely ruin it all. It’s one of the most buggy software I have ever used.In last year I have seen all these issues almost every month -1) The speaker suddenly stops powering on. No matter what you do (including fw reset as specified on support), it will just not start. And then after a few days, it starts working like magic. Seen this trice in last one year.2) Sometimes after (1), it powers on somehow but does not connect to any device.3) Now the recent update has bought most amazing feature. The device doesn’t turn off. Pressing any key (including power) results into device clearing it’s bluetooth device list and then keeps saying ‘Ready To Connect’. It has not powered off for last two days :-DOn top of this, support website is pure joke. Didn’t even receive acknowledgement for the issue after posting it.I always wanted to have Bose speaker and had their home theatre on my wishlist. But now I am no sure. If they can not write bug-free firmware for such a small speaker, home theatre is too tough job for them.

I like Bose products. You definitely pay way more for them than you would pay for other brands but then you get an item to cherish for years to come. This is my third Bose product. I already own the Bose SoundTrue headphones and Soundlink Mini II.The sound quality is typically Bose, which is very very good. What surprised me with the Soundlink Micro is how something so small and light can deliver such deep, crisp, and room-filling sound. You have to hear it to believe it. Once I heard this, the sound from other speakers like JBL Flip started sounding like a joke.I am an audiophile and not am unbiased towards brands. I own the Shure 535s and the Sony MDR-1000x headphones too. Hence, I am surprised at how good something so light, small and portable can sound.Further, the build quality, waterproofing, and silicon strap just make it all that more useful. While it delivers on the most fundamental aspect which is sound quality, these additional ‘icings on the cake’ just take this product to a whole new level.100% recommended. I got this for 7,300/- in the sale.

Good product in this price range. Loud volume, sometimes it is noisy at maximum volume. Strength of bass is bit low. Small size, it’s handy to carry. Bluetooth is not up to the mark, it’s range is not as much as mentioned in product details.

Don’t buy if your looking for bass out of it…it is just a speaker with loud noise and NO Bass to it. Mic is good. Sound quality is OK but need lot of improvement in Bass. Price is too high with kind of feature and quality of sound. I have initiated refund since i got defective with display indicated not proper. No issues with vendor since they have offered me with replqcement replacement or refund, i opted for refund to look for other option.

Pro: Sounds really good at whatever level of loud it can play.Looks sleek. Easy to carry around.Con: You pay primarily for Bose brand. Quality doesn’t justify the price. The difference in sound quality between this and other brand of lesser price is hardly distinguishable for common folks.Volume level has decreased just in three months. Can hardly fill medium size drawing room. Battery backup is around 6 hrs.USB Cable would have been better.Volume and other indicators would have been useful. Needs a lot of work on Bluetooth, Syncing, Updates and level of loudness.

  30. I had taken this as a possible upgrade to the Bose soundlink 3 , but after using it for a day , I found that the sound quality on the SL3 Was better than this . Bose is promoting this as a revolve 360 degree sound provider as compared to the forward shooting sound of the sl3 , but the audio output is laughable compared to the previous version. The sound gets dissipated in all directions rather than focused in one area. I’d prefer getting the older version if u want higher quality sound and audio output

The sound quality is pretty good but there are issues in bluetooth connectivity. I have been using this product for a while now. Initially there were no problems but after a couple of months, it developed connectivity issues. I have been using iphone 6s, Samsung S8 and One plus 3 and i have to try multiple times before either of these device connects with the speaker. Disappointed!!!

First off the sound quality is great. But then why only 2 stars? Inspite of saying it’s a wireless speaker integrated with Alexa, if you open Amazon music or even Google play music app or any other music player you cannot cast music to the Bose soundbar 500. (You can obviously connect your phone to the soundbar via Bluetooth to play music from your phone, but any Bluetooth speaker can do that, what’s the point in having a WiFi speaker?) If your just going to use it as a speaker for your TV then buy this product, else look for something else until Bose brings in connectivity options.

  36. Bose 300 soundtouch sound bar was available at same price which they are now selling at 79K with Alexa integration. Effectively they added this 500 sound bar with Alexa which is less capable than sound bar 300 at the same price. So you are paying 20K extra for Alexa and having a sound bar which is smaller than previous version. Disappointed Bose!

This is a beast of a soundbar. Initially you can be confused to connect to TV etc. as nowhere they have mentioned to download the Bose Music app. But after downloading the app it connects easily. The sound quality is really good. Watching movies is like sitting in a theater. The output is really good and at high volumes one can see the glass windows shaking. Initially i was thinking of buying Bass module 500 but after listing to soundbar i might not buy as the bass is sufficient if you are not hardcore music fan and the area where Bass module is to be placed is not that big.Its a must buy and white colour really looks cool in the living room. Amazon sent a genuine product with next day morning delivery…..really fast.

I seriously doubt the genuiness of the product. Sound is not clear and bass is like blatant. It’s not crisp. I already owned 2 soundlink 2 both of which I gift to my brothers. This one is not good. Will check a few more days to decide whether to replace or returnUpdate after using for more than a year: i checked the products review in the website and it’s original. I send a mail to Bose and they confirmed it’s original. But they also said that there are several cases where the serial number is also counterfeited so still can’t ensure the genuineness of the product

Bought it on prime day. The moment I switched it on the quality of voice prompt made me realize it’s a bad deal.. it’s not original. Having used this product before, it’s not close. It’s definitely fake.

This speaker stopped working after 6 months. We are not able to contact their telephone no. 1800112673 which is always busy even at 11.36 pm. No response from their website either. Very disappointed! Did not expect this from Bose!

An awesome Bluetooth speaker. Superb sound that you wouldn’t think would be possible from something so small. Now it doesn’t come cheap but its quality and craftsmanship commands the premium similar to top phone and automobile brands. Loud sound to fill a large sitting room. Works wire free once charged. Great sound clarity. Its a marked improvement from the earlier Kilburn and worth going for this model. Pro tip.. watch the prices and strike a deal during shopping days /lightning deals on Amazon for a lower pinch to your wallet. I don’t usually listen to my music too loud and with a low to medium volume setting, the battery lasts about 5 days and 3-4 hours of playtime per day on a single full charge. Its got fast charging too, but I prefer a full charge and then disconnect for portability. The charging plug isn’t great though and surprisingly light and takes some adjustments to plug into the wall socket. Coming to sound quality, movies sound fantastic through this speaker. You can also hear the lyrics of songs better than on a cheaper speaker and there is a certain melodious and pleasantness to the output, though instrument separation is not at the same level of an audiophile speaker system. 60s/ 70s rock on this speaker is awesome! Coming to the design, it’s very light at under 3 kg and the water resistance gives you confidence to take it outside occasionally. Its not water proof, but resistant only. The looks are classic and the red under Carry strap looks nice. Knobs on top have a good feel and make a big difference to the sound output. A solid buy if you can get over the initial price hurdle. You get heritage, quality, great sound, good Bluetooth connectivity all in a small convenient practical package!
