Installation & demo not done even after delivery 6 days ago..It seems IFB technicians will not respond quickly during warranty period..I regret in choosing IFB instead of LG.It is my mistake .I advise you not to buy IFB washing machines as their technicians will not respond properly…Insted they try to sell their own products like stand,other liquids
ifb product is very bad product its doorlock rpm and other fiture are not like provided by seller it is most important for a customer amazon online shoping has hidden agrement with company that he sell damaged or defected product of IFB company with a good package and if you complain they produce a net of their cheating team who higer your BP sugar level and you feel you are cheated this american company doing a cheating activity i am also among them who by a dameged and defective product and i feel help infront of his cheater team and he has theft my rs.31000/-approx i am posting this post in intrest of new customer on my experince with amazon.
seller has sent us the defective product. back cover is defective and has big space that may attract rodents and insects. the paint and coating mark is also visible. basically he is selling product of second quality through amazon.
